Law Raises Caine For $10m

According to reports, Law received an offer o
f $10m (£6.4m) from Paramount for the role of Alfie - played by Michael Caine in the original.Law is set to recreate another of Caine's roles in a remake of the Anthony Shaffer play, Sleuth, for script-writer Harold Pinter.
It is thought the new version of Alfie will retain the character's thoughts on women, sex and relationships, but has been made more contemporary to reflect the 21st century.
