Jon Lovitz

A comedic character player, Jon gained initial fame as a regular on Saturday Night Live.
Prior to this, Jon had done some TV work and appeared in several features including The Last Resort, Ratboy, and a cartoon feature, The Brave Little Toaster.
With his newfound success, Jon became a popular character player in features and a frequent guest on TV. His distinctive and theatrical voice proving well suited to animation as both An American Tail 2 and his contributions to The Simpsons demonstrated.
Jon's long friendship with actor-turned-director Penny Marshall led to roles in her films Jumpin' Jack Flash, Big, and A League of Their Own.
Sticking to comedy throughout the 90s, Jon landed roles in Loaded Weapon 1, Coneheads, City Slickers II, and The Wedding Singer with Adam Sandler.
He teamed up again with Sandler for Little Nicky and in 2002, Eight Crazy Nights, as well as lending his voice to one of the feline characters in Cats & Dogs.
Lovitz appeared in Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star in a cameo role as David Spade's agent. The film was produced by Sandler.
