Wes Craven, director of 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' and creator of the Freddy Kruger bogeyman character, gives a modern twist to the 'Faust' legend. Space scientist Robert Urich and his wife Joanna Cassidy find their new neighbourhood is ruled over by a sexy siren with devilish connections. It won an Emmy (TV Oscar) nomination for its distinctive art direction and set decoration.
