In the same year that he won an Academy Award for Save the Tiger, Jack Lemmon launched his new, more abrasive persona into a rare short-film appearance. He plays a contentious and prurient disc jockey whose call-in show leads a distraught husband to murder most foul. Interesting if flawed, the piece almost looks like a dry run for Oliver Stone's Talk Radio. Strangely, Lemmon would years later do a cameo for Stone in JFK.
