A wacky, wild, undisciplined comedy which sets out to prove the theory that money can make people do anything. Its goofy ideas, and everything-but-the-kitchen-sink techniques raise some laughs here and there, but it needs to be faster and more furious to really succeed. Peter Sellers, Ringo Starr and especially Spike Milligan as a traffic warden have their moments.
