A witty and informed documentary - the makers shot over 70 hours of footage - tracing the Oscar-nominated maverick director Robert Altman as he shoots the cinema film Short Cuts. Most of the celebrity-packed 22-strong cast get their say in revealing snippets snatched on the set between takes. The sardonic title stays well within the famous Altman sense of wit, with Ketchup being the only thing in common between all the incidents in the movie. A classic of its kind and a must-see for film students or Altmanphiles.
