David Schwimmer has a very different role from the hangdog Ross in Friends - as the inventor of the silicone gel breast implant. No, this is not an all-revealing documentary, but a Boogie Nights-style black comedy that exposes the cosmetic surgery industry. Loosely based on truth, it starts in the Sixties when young Doctor Kevin Saunders (Schwimmer) enters into a partnership with his senior surgeon, Doctor William Larson (Chris Cooper). There are certainly plenty of breasts on view here in a gently entertaining story with real relevance today.
