A stylish, incisive, in-your-face Danish drama that makes a lot out of a rather banal story about a Copenhagen heroin dealer (Kim Bodnia) desperately trying to find the cash to pay his debts to a ruthless gangster. Be prepared for a lumpy slice of Danish blue, coated with edgy performances, gritty realism, hand-held shots, improvised dialogue and rock music. Pretty clever, streetwise stuff for those who like their cinema extreme.
