James Brolin directs and stars in this political thriller, which revolves around the well-worn Northern Ireland terrorism theme. A former IRA terrorist (Patrick Foy) reluctantly agrees to help a CIA agent (Brolin) track down a bomber - who happens to be the Irishman's brother (Salvator Xuereb - now there's an Irish surname for you... ). Is blood thicker than water? Can the US make a credible movie about the Troubles? Not in this case, although it has a fair share of thrills. Brolin's son Josh appears in a supporting role.
