Despite the promise of titillation offered by the title, this is a thoughtful, well acted and slightly unusual drama. Mimi Rogers plays a busy businesswoman who regularly takes time out to have a relaxing massage. One time, instead of the cute masseur she fantasises about, she gets Fitch (Bryan Brown), whose intuitive conversation fascinates her. Writer Dan Gurskis's sharp script is well served by Nicolas Roeg's firm direction and by Brown and Rogers' strong performances. Worth watching.
