A very black and foul-mouthed comedy, in which four guys take a fifth on a bachelor bash to Las Vegas, where, fired by booze and cocaine, they accidentally impale a hired hooker's head on a coat-peg. A great cast - Christian Slater, Cameron Diaz, Daniel Stern, Jon Favreau and Jeremy Piven - do their very best in this sour comedy that could have provided viciously gleeful fun but soon completely loses its way. Adam Sandler was due to play Piven's part but quit to star in The Waterboy. Director-writer Peter Berg has a cameo as the doctor.
