Oded Fehr

The former airlines security guard is best known for the role of Ardeth Bar in the The Mummy.
The role, which led to his being named People's "Sexiest Import", so impressed director Steven Sommers that he was brought back for the sequel The Mummy Returns.
After three years in the Israeli Navy, Fehr worked as an airline security guard in Germany before taking drama classes in Frankfurt.
He trained at London's Old Vic Theatre School and then landed the lead role in Don Juan Comes Back From War at the Courtyard Theatre.
Ferh made his small screen debut in the UK alongside Paul Bettany in the Lynda la Plante thriller Killer Net and went on to appear in TV series The Knock.
In 1999, he made his big screen debut as an Italian gigolo opposite Rob Schneider in Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, before being cast in The Mummy.
Subsequent appearances include Western drama The Texas Rangers, a cameo appearance in Ken Loach's Bread and Roses and a special forces operative in Resident Evil: Apocalypse.
