Kerry Condon

The actress made her big screen debut when she was cast aged 16 by director Alan Parker in the Irish drama Angela's Ashes.
Raised in the small town of Thurles, she was a competitive swimmer before opting for a career on the stage.
She studied at the Dublin Theatre Arts School, landing her film debut in her final year.

In 2003, she starred in two mainstream movies - the Australian biopic of Ned Kelly (she played Heath Ledger's sister) and John Crowley's acclaimed Irish drama Intermission.
Recent work includes the role of an American musician who befriends Jet Li in the hardhitting action drama Unleashed.
