After surviving a car crash that kills her boyfriend Sean (Affleck), college student, Cassandra (Sagemiller) finds herself haunted by his ghost.
While a priest (Wilson) tries to exorcise frightful visions from Cassandra's mind, her college friends see her vulnerability as the perfect outlet for their malicious plans.
But Cassandra finds it hard to settle in to campus life. She continually sees Sean, believes she's being chased and has bloody visions and flashbacks.
Although there is nothing new in this film, and it's a little slow and confusing at times, it's still entertaining enough to watch.
Eliza Dushku, who appeared in Bring It On and the Buffy TV series, puts in a great performance, and provides the film with some of its darkest and most compelling moments.
