Well-used Torquay locations provide an attractive background for this youthful light drama, the story of which essentially revolves round an unusual subject - a swimming marathon. Although realistic in approach, the plot line and developments are too bland to bear too close a scrutiny but it's all so persuasively done that few are likely to be bothered. The acting by the young principals is convincing, but it's the two girls - Emily Moore and Julie Shipley - who run away with the honours.
