Splendid cast, but only average results from this faintly unbelievable espionage yarn, which sees Leonard Nimoy taking a break from Star Trek duties as the commander of a US nuclear submarine who discovers that his crew is a nest of foreign agents after a top-secret device on board. Sam Elliott has an early role as one of the ensigns.
