This Seventies TV movie, again based on George Brewer Jr and Bertram Block's play that was the basis for the 1939 Bette Davis-Humphrey Bogart classic, features a good cast, headed by Anthony Hopkins and Elizabeth Montgomery. However, the result is long-winded and just plain dull. Hopkins plays a doctor who treats TV producer Montgomery for severe headaches, discovering that she has an incurable brain tumor. They fall in love, but tragedy inevitably looms. Sentimental it is, but you may shed a tear or two if you can keep your rear end from going numb in the process.
