Stone's Basic Demands
Hollywood star Sharon Stone's "perks list" has been revealed during a legal battle with the makers of Basic Instinct. The 46-year-old reportedly demands a travelling chef, three nannies and approval of scripts, directors and co-stars when she makes a movie.
As well as a multi-million pound salary, Sharon demands about £2,000-a-week in pocket money and a long list of luxuries.
The five-page list demands that she has Pilates equipment during a movie shoot, as well as armed bodyguards and a ban on cigar smoking on set.
The star wants a chauffeured car driven by a non-smoking driver - who she must approve - and a convertible sedan for personal use.
Also ordered are three nannies, two assistants, mobile phones, pagers, and a presidential hotel suite.
First-class travel is necessary if there is "no use of private jet".
Sharon also requires a travelling chef and a deluxe motor home with air conditioning, heating, bed, private bathroom, shower, television, video, refrigerator, telephone, stove, couch, stereo, and fax machine.
She also has the right to keep any of the clothes and jewellery she wears in the movie.
The list includes handwritten additions by Stone's lawyer and was submitted to a court in the US.
It is part of a lawsuit in which she is claiming about £8m which she says she is owed because a Basic Instinct sequel was never made.
The document was obtained and reproduced by the Smoking Gun website.
