Low budget movie, shot on DV, following the exploits of Parisian vacant trendies Remi and Abel.
The film follows the duo as they struggle with everyday problems such as girl trouble, the difficulty in finding trainers that look good when you're walking and standing still, and how to use a launderette.
Add to this a road trip that inevitably (it wouldn't be a movie otherwise) ends in disaster and you have all the elements for a fun time.
Except the movie isn't that funny, in fact it grates due to a major problem - the two lead characters.
Remi and Abel are two people that if you saw them in the street, you wouldn't just kick them, you'd run and kick them!
This film asks a lot from the audience - notably the tolerance of a saint.
It does have the odd inspired moment – the woman telling her musician boyfriend that the backing music on his songs is crap, and the trainer gag - but otherwise this is a big "non".
Even at 75 minutes this is 75 minutes better spent elsewhere.
