A mysterious thrill-seeker (Billy Zane) approaches desperate gambler Sonny Briggs (Sean Carrigan) with a proposal: he will hunt him down and kill him, but if Sonny can stay alive for 24 hours, he will collect $2.4million.

It's an offer Sonny can't refuse: but the hunter and his henchmen have every hi-tech scanning and shooting gadget imaginable, and Sonny - who is also being chased by his loan shark's hit-woman (Corinne Van Ryck Der Groot) - has only his wits...

Zane excels in another of his quiet nutter roles, and the whole thing races along smartly, if unbelievably.
