Everybody loves shedding a secret tear whilst in a fit of giggles during a warming rom-com.
However, you'd be lucky to get a mildly amused grunt, never mind hiccups of hysterics during this drawn out yawn-fest.
If you feel like wasting a dragging hour or so of your life then sign up for the most predictable 'comedy' and 'romance' to make the screen in an age.
With the loss of her fiancé, Gray (Garner), learns she was about to commit to a man she hardly knew.
Luckily for him she attended a funeral rather then a wedding, because hubbie-to-be would have lost half of his manhood when its revealed that (hold tight) he was, in fact, a millionaire. And he had an eight year old son.
All-embracing Gray then manages to befriend the child's mum, play Snow White to his dysunctional chums and find love with her late partner's best friend.
This film just doesn't know where to stop. This is unfortunate as I'm sure the whole audience could find dozens of opportunities to end this painfully dull experience.
Okay, it is not tortuous to watch - perhaps one of those rainy day films -but, if planning to do something useful with your time, watching Garner's, quite frankly flat life unfold, really has nothing to prevent wandering minds and the joy of the end finally dawning (phew, the actual end!).
The absence of a 'wow factor' is likely to land this snore-a-thon the destiny of lurking at the back of some petrol station bargain bucket.
