Not so long ago, a few of us here at Sky noticed that we were all using a variety of websites to satisfy our filmic needs. Be it release dates, trailers or features, we had to use multiple sites to quench the thirst for film knowledge.
So some bright spark suggested we went about creating a site that encompassed all these elements in one location on the interweb.
The site has been designed and built by Sky Movies - but with the intention of providing the only destination you'll ever need for your film-related info.
We're going to provide you with all the usual bits and bobs - trailers, galleries, reviews and the like - as well as all the features you'd find on a variety of other sites, but not neccesarily in one place.
Soon enough you'll be able to book cinema tickets, download movies, find out the latest news, watch interviews, find out release dates on all platforms (be it Cinema, DVD, Pay Per View or television) - basically everything you'll need a movies website for!
But before we finish adding all these bits and bobs, we want to make sure the user (that's you) likes what we've done so far. So take a look around and drop a mail to moviesfeedback@bskyb.com to let us know what you think!
