Those anticipating a dose of mindless glamour with a title like this and a star like Joan Collins are in for some unexpected fun. Joan guys her own image, as a TV soap queen involved with a con-man played by David Hasselhoff minus his Knight Rider car and Baywatch surfboard. A good set of villains (Telly Savalas, Ed Lauter, Stephen Apostle Pec), lively pacing, impressive stunts, good chase sequences and even the odd throwaway line add to the enjoyment of what adds up to Joan's best work in the Eighties.
