This unlikely adventure story with teenagers cracking a kidnap plot runs a bit like a Walt Disney romp - bright, colourful, enjoyable and quite unreal.
It's actually made (written, produced and directed, no less) by Joe Camp, who made the highly successful films about Benji the dog, and also turned out another doggie movie, The Adventures of Hambone.
Elke Sommer, George Kennedy and Ernest Borgnine head the adult cast, while the most striking of the kids is Dion Pride, son of country `n' western singer Charley Pride.
