All aboard for the prototype airborne disaster movie that started the Seventies vogue for them, with stalwarts Burt Lancaster and Dean Martin secure at the controls. Also scoring among the all-star cast are Van Heflin as the man with the bomb, George Kennedy making the first of his several appearances in such films, and sweet Helen Hayes, who took a Best Supporting Actress Oscar as a little old lady on board.
