Amy Madigan

Former rock musician and performer turned stage, film and TV actress, Madigan married actor Ed Harris in 1983 and has since appeared with him in Places in the Heart and Alamo Bay.
Madigan appeared in Walter Hill's violent rock'n'roll fantasy, Streets of Fire, then was Oscar-nominated for her performance as Gene Hackman's embittered daughter in Twice In A Lifetime.
Madigan has had film roles in Field of Dreams, Uncle Buck and The Dark Half, as well as acting on stage and on TV.
In 2000, she starred and alongside and was directed by Harris in Pollock, a film about the life and career of the American painter, Jackson Pollock.
