Lysette Anthony
Born: 26 September 1963
Where: London, England, UK
Once referred to by top fashion photographer David as "The Face of the Eighties", Lysette's transition from model (sometimes nude) to theatre actress, to screen siren has ensured a career that has lasted over four decades.
Lysette's start in showbiz was tumultuous. After starring in the play Pinocchio in London's West End at the age of ten, her parents were so appalled at her precocious nature that they sent her to a convent school in Devon.
She was then discovered by David Bailey and made a strategic career move into TV.
Her film debut came in 1983 as Princess Lyssa in Krull.
Since then Lysette has appeared in a host of films, including Blake Edwards' Switch and her breakthrough screen role as Sydney Pollack's girlfriend in Woody Allen's Husbands and Wives.
More recently Lysette has starred in Tale of The Mummy and Farewell To Harry.
