Brent Spiner
Born: 2 February 1949
Where: Houston, Texas, USA
Spiner's face is most memorably associated with Star Trek and he's enjoyed his cinematic glory as a result.
Although it would take a serious trekkie to recognise the actor without his Commander Data make up.
Spiner's big screen career - Star Trek movies aside - has mainly been restricted to very small often uncredited parts, but probably because he's been busy carving out his TV career instead.
His major guest-starring roles appear in such television series as Cheers, Twilight Zone, Night Court and Hill Street Blues.
Having done all things Star Trek for the TV series and also the feature films, including the latest Star Trek: Nemesis, Spiner has also expanded and during the fourth season of Star Trek: The Next Generation, he co-produced and released his first album.
Entitled "Ol' Yellow Eyes is Back," the album contains the single "It's A Sin To Tell A Lie," which has background vocals by the "The Sunspots," - more familiar to Star Trek fans as Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton and Michael Dorn.
