Matthew Modine, star of 'Birdy', 'Full Metal Jacket' and 'Memphis Belle', plays a high-school wrestler who falls for older woman Linda Fiorentino ('After Hours') in this coming-of-age drama based on the novel by Terry Davis. Madonna appears briefly to sing the 'Crazy For You', which supplied the film with its title on British video release. Director Harold Becker went on to helm the steamy thriller 'Sea of Love'.
