This nostalgic fantasy/comedy, filmed in black and white with some colour sequences, and in a mixture of film styles of the Forties, Fifties and Sixties with newsreel clips thrown in for good measure, unfortunately doesn't have as many laughs as it might. The story follows Adam Beckett, (well played by Zach Galligan from 'Gremlins') an aspiring artist in futuristic New York. He doesn't pass the test and is given a job directing traffic. Inadvertently he gets on a bus that turns out to be a lunar cruiser taking shoppers to the moon. Cameos from Dan Aykroyd, Mort Sahl and Anita Ellis are fun and Bill Murray has a bit more to do as the lunar cruise director.
