Standing at a whopping 6'5" tall Tony capitalised on his physical assets and booming voice to appear in a vast array of sci-fi, fantasy and horror movies and TV series'.
Todd is best known as Clive Barker's hook-handed horror villain whose name you dared not mention five times, The Candyman.
Classically trained in the theatre, Todd got his first major entree into Hollywood when writer-director Oliver Stone saw his performance in Johnny Got His Gun at New York's Westbank Theatre and cast the actor as Sgt. Warren in Stone's breakthrough film Platoon (1986).
Todd subsequently appeared regularly in guest spots on various television series and developed a cult fan following after taking on the role of Klingon Commander Kurn on several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
After Todd's major foray into horror as the murderous Candyman, he soon became a familiar presence in genre films such as Wishmaster and the remake of Night of the Living Dead.
With numerous TV appearances such as The X-Files and Hercules, It seems that Todd has never really been away from our screens.
His recent roles include Hollywood blockbuster Final Destination and it's sequel.
