A very nasty chiller about a town where people are blowing their brains out but not dying. Confused, malevolent and definitely not for the squeamish, this could have been interesting if director Graham Baker, who made 'Alien Nation' had not chosen to go so far over the top. The delicate talents of Meg Tilly are wasted as the heroine.
