The actor first made an impression playing the young version of Josh Bashkin - Tom Hanks' character in the 1988 comedy Big.
The same year Moscow appeared in The Wizard of Loneliness, a World War II-set drama starring Lukas Haas.
Earlier TV appearances had included a recurring role in Kate & Allie and he went on to star in the Disney musical Newsies.
Moscow virtually disappeared from the scene until 1997 when he was featured as a drug dealer in Hurricane Streets and had a starring role in the drama River Red.
He next appeared in the 1998 film Restaurant, playing the childhood friend of Adrien Brody, and appeared in the TV show Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane.
A rash of big screen roles came at the turn of the century in Endsville, Riding in Cars With Boys and the comedy Just Married.
Recent work includes the rap musical Honey alongside Jessica Alba.
