This reunion for former Hill Street Blues stars Charles Haid (here turned director) and Dennis Franz (more recently the star of NYPD Blue) is less than happy.
The film-makers have achieved the seemingly impossible by turning a gripping true story of armed religious fanatics barricaded in their home for two weeks against the combined armed might of the FBI and local police into an unrelentingly boring tale.
The acting is strictly by-the-numbers, but that's all the trite, barren script deserves.
