An intriguing but risky idea goes completely wrong in a movie that was left deservedly unreleased for six years. The idea here is that a graphic designer (Tony Peck) is 'drawn' into the world of the comic strip heroine of the title as she races exotically about the globe. The script is incoherent and boring, while the performances are jokey, slapdash and unappealing. Visually it's fine, but that isn't enough. Don't be tempted by the interesting cast of Brooke Shields, Timothy Dalton, Diana Scarwid and Charles Durning.
