Lots of high energy chop-socky at least makes a stale plot palatable as Chad McQueen (son of Steve) teams up with diminutive dynamo Cynthia Rothrock to protect his kid brother who's come under threat from one of those psycho villains who'll be all too familiar to fans of Jean-Claude Van Damme movies. Rothrock's a knock-out as usual. Wham, bam, thank you ma'am.
