It's nice to see John Lithgow as the good guy in a light comedy, as these days he is so often the bad guy in thrillers. In this enjoyable made-for-cable effort, he plays a travelling salesman who is tiring of his on-the-move lifestyle and is having a bit of a sales slump. His boss (John Glover - every inch the hard-nosed sales manager) then saddles him with an eager young recruit (Jonathan Silverman) who ends up really getting up Lithgow's nose. Plenty of pace and a sharp script keep things bubbling here and the key roles are all played well. Good solid entertainment.
