When a dedicated and skilled pilot is killed on a routine mission, pilot error is blamed. But his wife believes a design fault in the plane was the cause and campaigns to clear her husband's reputation. Laura Dern gives an earnest and intelligent performance as the widow in this TV movie but the film itself is rather dull. Everything is too black and white, so you guess Dern will win in the end, which rather destroys any dramatic tension the story might have. Still, not a bad time-passer.
