Something that has more twists than a corkscrew ought to grip all right, but this 'scam' doesn't even bite into the cork. The plot dodges this way and that and changes course several times in the last few minutes, but all to no avail; the odds are that you won't care too much much about who's doing what to whom. Lorraine Bracco's a con-girl in cahoots with Miguel Ferrer, coming on to rich pick-ups, drugging their drinks and relieving them of their bankrolls and Rolexes. Along comes Christopher Walken, who abducts her, may or may not be an FBI man and enlists her in a scheme to rob the bad guys of a computer disc information-or maybe a few million in banknotes. Jamaican backgrounds supply some colourful padding as director John Flynn allows the plot to ramble on in its tired and outmoded way. Walken and Bracco give pat performances that smack of insufficient enthusiam for the project: you won't care much what happens to either of them at the end.
