There are elements in this quite vicious thriller that could have lifted it, but sadly the end product is well made but formula stuff. Scott Glenn plays an FBI agent on the trail of a serial killer who preys on children. He gets help from his computer-whiz son - but is the lad now a target for the killer? And what has this to do with the crazed religious fanatic who thinks he's Noah and is building an Ark in a cave? It sounds intriguing, but the film fails to live up to the initial promise of the bizarre plot. Fair entertainment, but fans of the genre will undoubtedly find it over-familiar and will be disappointed.
