Despite the pretentious title, this is just a thick-ear thriller starring Charles Bronson doing what his familiar screen character does best - killing people. He plays a professional assassin brought out of retirement to knock off a sadistic torturer plying his trade in an unstable central American country. The story's thin and none too credible, but lots of bullets, bodies and violent action make it better than most of Bronson's films of the Eighties.
