The original Revenge of the Nerds was a pretty average broad teen comedy that hardly merited a sequel. Proof of this is the fact that Nerd outings three and four were made for TV. The concessions for TV tend to curb some of the excesses of the cinema films but sadly don't put anything worth watching in their place. Most of the cast of the original film are reunited in this rather lame offering. It's not as awful as it deserves to be, admittedly, but neither is it very good. Watch it if you really fancy adolescent antics with characters called Skolnick and Booger!
