Micheal Bay will be HARD pushed to best this classic to the fans.
Despite some choppy animation, the film boasts an energetic drive of metal and rock, as well as some great star calls from George Orwell in his final bow, and Leonard 'Spock' Nemoy.
This movie is the highlight to all transformers fans, and for its time, seeing the terrifying Unicron reveal himself boggles the imagination.
Now 20 years on, dated it may be, but can Mister Bay really hold a candle?

A great cast of voices were brought together to do justice to the feature length movie of a cartoon series that dominated the 80's and left their rival the "Gobots" like a poor man's plaything. The toys were a success and I believe this movie was a hit. It tells the tale of the Autobots vs the Decepticons who have battled for years and that battle spilled over to Earth but now in the future a threat has arrived that threatens all transformers. This movie is brilliant, and the kids must see it.
