The faces and voices of lots af stalwart TV stars are gathered together in this part-live, part-animated fantasy adventure for young children. When mom moves to a different house, young Brandon (Sean Fitzgerald) goes up to the attic and enters a whole new world through a magic storybook. Before he can return to his own world, he has to save the magic kingdom from a malevolent queen (Swoosie Kurtz). He does get help, however, from such kindly souls as Woody the Woodsman (Richard Moll) and Pouch the Kangaroo (voiced by Ed Begley Jr). It's a pleasant tale for kids, but, although there's quite a lot of adult humour, adults will probably find the animation and puppets a little pedestrian.
