Fans of film noir-style thrillers will find themselves in familiar territory with this story of secrets and double crosses. Eric Roberts breaks out of prison and goes in search of his ex-wife (Mädchen Amick), who has subsequently married wealthy John Lithgow. Plot intricacies don't always hold together, and there are few surprises in store for seasoned thriller watchers. By way of compensation, there's a fine performance from Lithgow (best known for his starring role in Third Rock from the Sun) and a cynical and shocking ending. Worth a look.
