Humorous romantic drama focusing on the lifestyle of gay lovers, hunky TV technician Simon (Thomas Arklie) and his HIV-positive female-impersonator partner Mark (Ian Williams). Told in flashback, the story looks at how Mark discovered and dealt with his condition, making an AIDS quilt as part of his therapy - and culminates in his inevitable death. The film then shifts focus to Simon who, seemingly unaffected by his partner's death, starts to pursue an irresponsible sex life. But Mark returns to haunt Simon in the hope that he can save him from this destructive path. And, as Simon is the only one who can see Mark's ghost, this also leads to some unexpectedly amusing moments, in an entertaining and thoughtful piece whose message is one for all genders. Ian McKellen, Caroline Munro and Tony Slattery pop up in the supporting cast.
