A new take on the sweet sixteen theme when, on her birthday, Melissa Joan Hart finds out that she is, in fact, a witch. But there's not much else new here, as this TV movie is a spinoff from its own TV series, which in turn is a Nineties update of the popular Sixties sitcom Bewitched. So this is harmless fantasy-comedy fun rather than a dubious introduction to the world of witchcraft.
