The Seventies' favourite all-American TV family springs into the hi-tech Nineties - only they're stuck in a time warp, with flared trousers, groovy expressions and that old-fashioned homespun wisdom.
That's the joke in this satire on Nineties values, as the wholesome Bradys step into a tough, cynical world to raise a small fortune back in taxes or lose their beloved home to a scheming neighbour.
Lots of fun is had by all, with Shelley Long leading the squeaky-clean clan as Mom, and there are cameos by several ex-Brady members as well as one-time heartthrob Davy Jones of The Monkees.
Filmed in gloriously garish colours, with a suitably swinging soundtrack, this is a thoroughly amusing movie done with charm.
