The familiar features of Kurtwood Smith - the bad guy from RoboCop and other films - are in menacing mode again in this quite inventive slice of TV movie science-fiction that recalls several British movies of past decades, in that it's about a parallel world. Although the idea is not fully developed by TV movie specialist Peter Werner, it remains an intriguing one.
