Although this tough thriller went straight to video, it's still a fairly well plotted and exciting yarn. Okay, familiar elements are present and correct here - the son of a gangland boss is killed in a police operation and dad vows revenge. The cop partners, Marg Helgenberger and Michael Biehn, find themselves in the thick of it, especially when Biehn's wife is murdered. There are enough plot twists and turns to keep you on your toes and the story remains credible throughout. Solid thriller entertainment.
